We are looking for a creative, driven, and responsive community manager to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone with relevant experience and knowledge in a variety of digital marketing disciplines. We are looking for someone who thrives on connecting with people. 

As the Community Manager, you’ll have excellent communication and social skills- as an ability to connect with people will be key; as will creativity, proactive thinking, and a collaborative approach to work.

We’re looking for a digital marketing all-rounder. Someone is constantly caught up with the fast pace of social media, but also someone who understands the importance of brand marketing. You’ll be in the detail, but also helping to drive the strategy. You’ll be instrumental in identifying new opportunities to grow the brand.


  • Develop and execute social media strategy.
  • Post to/and curate social media feeds daily. 
  • Manage and respond to all comments/direct messages on Instagram, Facebook, & ads daily. 
  • Manage influencer relationships and programs.
  • Manage Affiliate programs.
  • Stay up to date on all platform innovations, user experience changes, and trends.

Technical Skills:

  • Social media content and copywriting experience, demonstrating proper grammar, spelling, editing, and rules of composition skills.
  • 2+ experience in running effective social media accounts
  • Experience working with, or educated in, software programs including, but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or social media support apps.
  • Ability and desire to work with team members, as well as communicate effectively with all other departments and levels of the organization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the Automotive and Outdoor industry.
