United StatesGreat Product, but Lack of Transparency I've been using Roam boxes and they’ve been great with no issues. However, I'm somewhat disappointed that the company did not inform me about upcoming Black Friday deals. This has affected my trust in the brand and makes me reconsider future purchases. My recommendation: don’t just try to sell a product, but work on buying a customer. This approach could mean more loyal customers instead of just a few sales. Will I return? That’s up in the air now. Happy to discuss further if required!
